ELVIS PRESLEY: MYSTERY DEATH

Elvis Presley was remembered on his death as the “King of Rock ‘n’ Roll” who marked the lives of many people, especially to all women and housewives. Elvis made millions of dollars and literally was worshipped by millions of fans. But lonesome much of the time, could not do many things because he always drew a crowd of admiration. Elvis gave away countless thousands of funds to Memphis Institution every year. Yet as the years passed, many of his friends have faded away, not because they wanted to, but some said Elvis had changed. His close friends name Red West and other friends called “Elvis Mafia” were no longer hangout with him.

It was a shocking incident that Elvis, already a living legend, a hero to many, was found unconscious at Graceland 2:30 p.m. by Alan Strada, an employee. Elvis lived just 42 years, seven months and eight days. His manager and a longtime friend called an ambulance and tried to revive him. Elvis friends who followed the ambulance kept expressing hope that the king was not dead. It was a frustrating life that ended in Baptist Hospital where Elvis was pronounced dead. Nurses and others in the hospital had tears when word spread that Elvis was really dead. Elvis died fallen off the toilet in his bathroom. But the official statement cause of death was a heart attack. There were a number of drugs but not illegal in his system at the time of death. At that time, autopsy results were not officially released because his parents don’t want the drug to be publicized. Doctors are beginning to think the cause is constipation because of the drugs. His autopsy thinks the opioid pain medicine that he took regularly that cause of constipation. The King’s doctor was considered responsible for giving such pills or pain relievers since 1980. His friends told once he was overweight that during performances as he forgot his songs on the stage, yet his fans still adore him. Although heart attack was officially stated, his death has been debated and remains a source of speculation.

Going back to his hometown Elvis father wailing and crying calling his name. Fans were heartbroken upon hearing of his death is an understatement. His death made them feel the world was falling apart. In fact, it was so shocking for them, that unfortunately, some people still don’t believe it. People who were Elvis fans rushed to their music stores to buy all records they could. Entertainer Ann-Margaret, who appeared in movies with Elvis said “The world has lost a very great entertainer” not a legend on his own but his talents will be even more appreciated in years to come. Mrs. Williams, Elvis longtime maid and who retired five years ago said “His very nice, kind and a lot of foolishness when he’s in a mood”. Presley Uncle missed his nephew, remembering him for the goodness and done for the people and his family. Also, Pat Boone, his rivalry and a good friend said: “No one can imagine an old Elvis”.
