CHILL & THRILLS: Why we love Rock ‘n’ Roll?

People who love music understand the depths of its power. It is highly likely that the song we know isn’t just a song, but a journey to a time and place. The time could span from the raw moment itself, music gives us a journey to travel outside the world’s realities. A language that all can understand. Whether we can speak it, read it, or just hear it. Music transcends all political boundaries, all verbal communication, levels of intellect and education, emotions, even physical disabilities. Each generation brings something new to the world, although what is new is actually recycled from past music. Looking closely at modern music, rock lives on in the chord changes, the melodies, the styles. Music is also ageless. We can listen to a song throughout our lives, whether that song from yesterday or 50 years from now. All these years, we can still hear classic rock music from the past. So, why do we love Rock ‘n’ Roll music?

Rock music from the ’60s and ’70s is the music of the period that has come and passed. It’s been great for sixty’s years, still great now. It was originally an African-American music. Today’s young generation has experience listening to this kind of music by the influence of their parents and uncle played at home. Everyone loves rock n roll just awesome, the greatest loudness invented by mankind. Rock ‘n’ Roll is the music best expresses for teenagers. Reflects anger, sadness disillusion, and touch with a deep feeling of hurt. It’s a music genre that enjoys listening; it is honesty, charisma, not worrying about the rules and excitement all the same time. Like any music they can’t beat, Rock ‘n’ Roll fast rhythms, heavy beat, and melodies. Not just the music, but musicians like Elvis Presley & Beatles were truly talented. They emphasize the quality of music, the fact they wrote their own songs and played the instruments.

New trends and new ideas pop up to our new generation but that’s okay it happens to every musical genre. Eventually, even things changed, people still connecting with the past. It doesn’t matter what race, creed, or social status you are in, as long as you want it, rock 'n' roll is here to stay.
